Travel to Tarangire National Park, approximately a 3-4 hour drive. Tarangire is known for its large elephant population and majestic baobab trees. Animals gather along the Tarangire River, the area’s only permanent water source. The park boasts a great diversity of wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and thousands of elephants. Enjoy an afternoon game drive.

After breakfast, drive to the Serengeti, one of Africa’s most famous game parks, approximately 4 hours away. The Serengeti is home to millions of wildebeest during the migration, along with lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and other small predators. Your guide will choose the best wildlife viewing locations for the time of year. Spend time at the hippo pool, watch lions stalk their prey, and witness the great wildebeest migration. The diverse landscape includes wide plains and kopjes (volcanic rocky outcrops) that provide shelter for a variety of animals.

Start early in the Serengeti to find cats before they retreat from the sun. After a morning game drive, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro caldera is the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world, a breathtaking natural wonder. At 20 kilometers across and 600 meters deep, the crater hosts almost all wildlife within its walls, making game viewing easy. Explore the crater to see rhinos, lions, and other predators like cheetahs.
